Fountain Fun!!!!

We bought a fountain for our front courtyard a couple weeks ago and Mia was fascinated with the water spouting out. We were trying out the water and I decided I would attempt to take a few cute pictures of the little one-- and her dog.

Curious-- both of them.

Checking out the water. In front of the french doors we plan to put a sitting are. We have not bought the furniture yet but hopefully will sometime soon.

Loving the water!!

Yes she was getting quite wet at this point.

One of those sideways pics. I love her little stern face in this picture. Too pretty!

Yes this is kind of gross but the water was fresh but I don't think Mia would have cared either way-- she just loved licking it!

Refreshing!!!

She officially was soaking wet at this point. What a cutie!

I don't remember what she was showing me but she looked cute!

Attempting to dry off the very wet Mia.

I have some cute Disneyland pictures I still need to download but will hopefully do that tomorrow.
Have a great week!!

  1. Great photos Christy! I have to ask, were you at Disneyland last Wednesday? We were there that day and I saw a little girl who reminded me so much of Mia (wearing a HS Musical sweatshirt) but she was with a man (I was looking for you!) When you just mentioned Disney, I figured I'd better ask!

  6. I love the little stern look picture too!! It's a GREAT ONE!!! What a gorgeous fountain!!! I LOVE your house too!! The stacked stone is amazing!! We just had our house painted a couple of weeks ago. I had heard that when you pick a shade...go one shade darker for outside because it will look lighter. Well...I did...and UGH...it's a LITTLE DARK for me. But you know...it's a $2500 oops that I just really can't correct. So...I've gotta do what I can to make it pop! Know what I mean?!?! I LOVE your house and yard. WOW...just amazing!!

OH...about the camera...I'm like you too. I am not a manual kind of learner. It's really confusing. There are so many buttons and settings on there...I'm CLUELESS at what they do. I hope we can just figure it out. I have a friend that got the D-90 this week for her b'day and she is one that will learn it totally. I'm hoping she'll show me what she's learned. :) I'm so lazy!!! It's a great camera though!!! Hey...hope you guys have a fantastic week!!!
    Blessings,

  7. That fountain is amazing. It looks so pretty in your courtyard. I really want to pour a patio coming off my back deck and put in a fire pit and fountain. Your pictures really inspired me. That is going to be such a nice area when you get some patio furniture. Love it and Mia is absolutely adorable as always.

    Have a great week girl!
