I am fortunate that my sister has a pretty flexible schedule and has been able to help babysit Mia once a week since we brought her home from China. Sometimes I think Mia rather be with Auntie Cassie than with me--lol!! Whatever the case Cassie is very close to my kids and loves to do special things with them. Besides taking the boys to Starbucks on a regular basis and getting them addicted to the fufu drinks, she also likes to bake with them. Yesterday she and the boys (Mia too kind of) made apple pies. The boys had so much fun and the pies were totally from scratch-- from rolling the crust to peeling the apples the pies were really homemade!! Anyway, the pies turned out AWESOME and the boys had a blast. Thanks aunt Cassie!!!

Oh Fun! I think having the kids help in the kitchen is always a great idea. I love the chef hat and the little chef peeking out from behind her chair! :)
