Computer Issues- Ugg!!!

Well, my computer is on the fritz. On Monday night I was reading my nightly blogs and all of a sudden my computer said the power was low. I checked and it was plugged in but it was not charging. Luckily I have the DELL extended warranty so I called and we trouble shot over the phone. Come to find out my computer was not taking a charge and because of this the motherboard had to be replaced-- Did you hear me-- MY MOTHERBOARD HAS TO BE REPLACED!!!!!! That is like huge (in my non computer mind)!! So, DELL shipped the part to a local repair shop and they just called me today and are coming tomorrow to repair the computer in our home. Gotta love the Extended In Home Warranty. Anyway, I have some pictures of our Gingerbread house making experience I need to post but I will have to wait until tomorrow. Sorry for the delay but I should be back up and running tomorrow :)

  5. Oh how I hate computer problems! That same thing happened to our Dell, but we had no warranty! Now the lap top justs sits in a drawer.

    One day I got a comment from the guy who's working in Yueyang. My guess...missionary. Pretty cool huh? Have you clicked over to see his site? It's been a while since I have. I'll go check it out.

  8. I just got 2 new motherborads. One did not work! Mine was gone a MONTH! I sis have an extended warranty but maybe not "in home". Gingerbread houses are adorbale:)

  9. I was pleased with dell after my little episode recently.

    Love the gb house, we have 2 kits just waiting for a mommy and daddy to get in the mood and say come on kids lets do it!

  10. I had the same problem recently. It is an awful experience. I felt like a fish out of water, gasping for breath. It took days-4 of them-to get fixed. I'm glad we're both up and running....
