San Francisco

By the way, if you use instagram my pic profile is open so you can follow our trip and see all the same photos there right when they are taken in real time. If you want to follow, my profile name is kcbock72.

We have really enjoyed San Francisco. We must come back again soon. We enjoyed pier 39 area an fishermans warf and of course our day was not complete without a wonderful gihradelli Sunday!!! It was great. They kids had fun- we had fun- and we were not ready to kill the kids :). Today we did the exploratorium and Lombard street and then late lunch in china town. We hit tons of traffic on our way back tithe Rv park but we finished up the day with kevs famous jumbalya in the Rv. I'm now at the laundry mat at our Rv place doing some laundry we desperatly need. This trip is interesting with clothing as the coast has been cool and San Fran has been COLD and tomorrow we head to Sacramento here it will be downright HOT!!!!! So we had a lot of different clothes to bring and we have used them all. Funny thing is I hardly know how to use a laundry may anymore. I couldn't figure out why the washers were so much smaller than they dryers. Kev explained and I felt stupid. I don't think I've been to a laundry mat since our first year of
Marriage 18 years ago!!! Wow!!

Anyway, here are pictures from San Francisco! There are some from gihradelli and boudin the bread place where we had dinner. There are some of the exploratorium and Lombard street and coit tower. I'm doing this on the blogger iPhone app so I can't label the pics so I hope that helps explain a bit what the pics are.

Monterey

We had such a nice relaxing day. Out campground is awesome and we love it we literally look straight out the front of the Rv to the playground and grassy area the kids play on. It's a super nice play area and huge grassy area the boys are playing football on as well as playing soccer and whatever with other campground kids. Lots of europeans on Rv trips at this campground. In fact at the playground only about half the kids speak English- kind of funny. We woke up and let kids play for hours. We finally drove down to the warf and canary row and parked and decided to walk. We followed a cool trail between the warf and the aquarium area. We decided not to do the Monterey aquarium because 1, it was later in the day 2, it was super expensive (like $200 for our family just to get in) and 3, we wanted to head back to the campground for the kids to play and eat dinner at the campground and not out. We were happy with our decision. We walked The warf and ate great fish and chips and went to a candy shop and got some taffy and just really enjoyed a relaxed day. We ended up back at the campground and the kids played and played. I'm now in the car driving emery to sleep since the Rv is too loud and active for her little extrovert personality to allow herself
To fall asleep- so I've drove her for 5
Min and she was asleep so now I'm parked doing blogging on my phone. Tomorrow we head to San Francisco.

Here are some pictures of our day. The last is of deer at our campsite.

Such a pitiful blogger

I know, I know. I'm horrible and I admit it- but I'm posting 1 pitiful picture now- right??? Ok so I early take pictures right now. I'm just in a "holy cow I have 5 kids who argue and fight all the time and are sitting around the house doing nothing but bugging eachother " kind of funk. Not gonna lie. 5 kids is hard. Really hard! Babies are work and they add a new dynamic to the family. While it is a good dynamic, let me just say how happy I have been to have summer to adjust before returning to work! All is fine- really it is- just adjusting to normal.

We leave on our family vacation Saturday morning. First stop San Luis obispo. Then to Monterey for 2 days then San Francisco for 3 days then to a lake outside of Sacramento- Folsom lake- for 5 days while we ate attending my cousins wedding in downtown sacramento. Lots of fun activities planned and lots of time driving so pray for sanity for Kev and I. Should be a lot of fun and since we were going to the wedding anyway and didn't want to pay for airfare, we decided to drive the 8 hours and make a nice family trip out of it. I will have pics of the trip.
